The Unicaja Ultra Sierra Nevada officially opens registrations for its 12th edition to be held next April 10,11 and 12 in an event that has established itself as one of the most spectacular ultratrails in Europe and the highest altitude of the Iberian Peninsula.
Starting in the heart of Granada, under the gaze of the Alhambra, and finishing in the ski resort of Pradollano, the race offers a unique route that climbs to over 3,100 meters above sea level at the foot of the Veleta, emblem of Sierra Nevada.
Five ways to conquer your summit
The 2026 edition maintains the five modalities that allow runners of all profiles to live this experience in first person:
Ultra – From Granada to Pradollano, passing through the foothills of the Veleta.
Trail – The intermediate version, with the alpine spirit intact.
Marathon – The mythical distance, starting in Quéntar and finishing in Pradollano.
Medium – The most accessible option to get started in the mountain.
