This is the on-line registration system for the ULTRA SIERRA NEVADA. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice. Read carefully the procedure and follow the payment instructions.
If you want to modify some data of your registration you can do it in the PARTICIPANT AREA.
All participants will have the right to cancel their registration and receive the corresponding refund.
With CANCELLATION INSURANCE -> 100% registration until 15 days before the event.
After this period no refund will be made.
The organization offers a cancellation insurance in which the 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to all those runners who have subscribed to this service and have submitted a document crediting the severity and / or greater because of the withdrawal.Such refund shall only be made until 15 days before the start of the race,. After this date the entry fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of registration. Once the registration has been formalised, it will not be possible to take out cancellation insurance.
The organisation offers the possibility of changing the name of the bib/chip as long as there is no waiting list in the registered modality.
To make the change you will have to send an email to ultrasierranevada@terrainconita.group requesting the change and the organisation will send you the information required for the change.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the celebration of the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request to ultrasierranevada@terraincognita.group, and has provided the requested information, the bib holder change will be made effective within 7 days.
Cost: 5€
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in the said modality. In case the modality to which you want to change is inferior to the registered one, the difference will be paid to you discounting 3€ for management expenses. In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both inscriptions.
To make the change you will have to request it by sending an email to ultrasierranevada@terraincognita.group.
Registrations will be direct and runners can check their registration on the “Check your Entry” link.
